Terms and Conditions of GLS Sprachenzentrum
- Subject
These terms and conditions govern all contractual relationships between GLS Sprachenzentrum and its students or partners. Any different or contrary condition will not be applicable.
- Conclusion of contract
Registrations can be made online via our website or directly at one of our centers.
The training contract is considered concluded only after written or electronic confirmation by GLS Sprachenzentrum.
In case of online registration, the student has a right to withdraw within fourteen (14) days in accordance with applicable legislation.
- Payment terms
Training fees are due upon confirmation of registration. Payment must be made according to the terms communicated by GLS Sprachenzentrum.
- Cancellation and termination
Any cancellation or termination request must be made in writing.
After expiration of the withdrawal period, fees remain due unless otherwise agreed by contract.
- Course modification and postponement
GLS Sprachenzentrum reserves the right to modify schedules, programs or teachers if necessary.
A course postponement may be granted subject to availability and an administrative fee.
Fees already paid may, under conditions, be transferred to another person.
- Liability
Participation in classes is at the student's sole responsibility.
GLS Sprachenzentrum cannot be held responsible for cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.
- Internal regulations
Students must comply with the internal regulations and rules of conduct posted on the GLS Sprachenzentrum premises.
- Data protection
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the privacy policy and applicable legislation.
- Dispositions finales
Si l’une des dispositions des présentes conditions est jugée invalide, les autres dispositions demeurent pleinement applicables.
Dispositions complémentaires
Préambule
GLS Sprachenzentrum peut être amené à appliquer des mesures organisationnelles ou sanitaires spécifiques conformément à la réglementation en vigueur.
1. Obligations générales
Toute personne présente dans les locaux est tenue de respecter les règles de sécurité et de comportement.
2. Mesures d’hygiène et de prévention
Les consignes sanitaires affichées dans les centres doivent être strictement respectées.
3. Accès aux cours
GLS Sprachenzentrum se réserve le droit d’adapter le mode d’enseignement (présentiel ou en ligne) si la situation l’exige.
4. Continuité des cours
En cas de circonstances exceptionnelles, les cours pourront être poursuivis en ligne sans interruption du contrat.
5. Infractions
Toute infraction aux règles peut entraîner des sanctions disciplinaires.
6. Validité
Ces dispositions complémentaires restent valables tant que les circonstances exceptionnelles persistent.
